Shipping Information

The delivery fees charged by of Equestic AUNZ include postage, handling for standard size parcels.

A set postage and handling fee of $15 applies to each order for standard shipping, an upgrade to Express postage an be applied at the rate of $25.

This charge covers postage & handling of all products in one order, regardless of the amount & quantity of products.

Equestic AUNZ reserves the right to quote delivery charges for non standard size parcels as well as any parcels above 3kg within Australia.

International parcels will be quoted at time of order.

Equestic AUNZ takes all care packaging items to be delivered however takes no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels by Australia Post or any other Courier

Orders will not be despatched until all funds have cleared within our bank account via our online merchant Square

We endeavour to pick, pack and despatch your orders within 48 hours, however on the odd occasion this may not possible in which we will contact you and discuss further with you
